We’re a Monday-through-Friday office. Predictable schedules outside the busy season are the norm, not the exception.
Regular hours
- Monday–Friday
- 8 AM – 4 PM, Pacific time
- Tax season
- Longer hours during filing deadlines
- Lunch hour
- Phones staffed through lunch most days
Seasonal
- Summer Fridays
- Often worked from home in the summer months
We’re a small office and most of us have been doing this for a long time. If you’re planning to drop by, a quick call ahead is always welcome.
You’ll often find us in the office well before 8 AM or after 4 PM. If you need to come by outside the stated hours, give us a call and we’ll let you know if someone’s here.
Holidays
The office is closed on:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- The Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve (closed at noon)
The office is also closed the Friday following each of the major tax filing deadlines in April and October — well-earned rest and relaxation for the team.
